ButterBird is Chef Jason Santos’ newest fast-casual concept, bringing bold flavor and playful personality to Arsenal Yards in Watertown. Known for his signature royal blue hair and appearances on national shows like Hell’s Kitchen and Bar Rescue, Santos has built a reputation for doing things differently.

At ButterBird, that means New Orleans–inspired fried chicken reimagined into crave-worthy sandwiches, hearty breakfast burritos, loaded wings, and more. ButterBird is where comfort food meets convenience—so you can, as we say, give a cluck.
